Oven with cooking chamber of 60×80 cm. It is provided with firewood holder plate, fire tool, flue with adjustable smoke outlet valve and upper chimney, closing door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory fireclay, certified for food use. The internal structure is made of stainless steel, while the external structure is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high temperature paints for maximum resistance to heat, weathering and oxidation. The oven is insulated with natural rock wool to maintain the temperature more effectively and prevent the external structure from overheating.
