Enameled cast

The enameled cast steel is a very high quality material that make up most of our plates. Its high inertia guarantees excellent heat restitution and high cooking precision. We have developed a specific enameling, neutral and stainless, the enameled Forge Adour quality. Very resistant and not porous, it waterproofs the plate and really facilitates its maintenance.
