The Clementi Pulcinella is available in several sizes:
- 60×60 Clementi Pulcinella – cooks 2 pizzas or 2 roasting pans at a time.
- 80×60 Clementi Pulcinella – cooks 4 pizzas or 4 pans at a time.
- 100×80 Clementi Pulcinella – cooks 5 pizzas or 5 trays at a time.
Multiple cooking function thanks to our new optional Multicooking system consisting of a removable arm with grid and a grease collection tray.
Compatible with sizes 80×60 and 100×80.
Can I cook more than pizza in this oven?
Of course you can. Cook pizza, sausage, fish, steak, turkey, chicken, or make bread, cakes, cookies and more.
PATENTED AIR PLUS SYSTEM
Our patented Air Plus System allows you to cook pizza perfectly on both sides by introducing combustion air from the bottom of the oven over the coals to keep them alive and redistribute the flame along the top of the cooking chamber.
Reaches 400C° in 20/25 minutes and start cooking!
Thanks to the massive insulation and the quality of the materials used, such as scamotek, our ovens can keep the heat hotter for longer.
Once the desired temperature has been reached, it is possible to use the oven even if the cooking chamber mouth is left open without incurring significant heat loss.
