Vaulted oven (Ø 120 cm interior) made entirely of Alutec, equipped with a metal door and external thermostat.
The VOLTA range of ovens has an ALUTEC 70 material with a high content of alumina (more than 70%), which provides a long duration of heat inside.
The oven can be easily assembled and, if necessary, disassembled and assembled elsewhere.
The various elements that compose it are:
- The refractory slabs that form the cooking surface of the oven.
- The refractory arches that form the dome or cooking chamber.
- The front arch with the smoke channel.
